Payment
You can pay for your orders at Wealden Pools and Spas by the following
credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, JCB or via Paypal using
our secure online shopping cart system or by cheques drawn on a UK bank
or a postal order to: Wealden Pools and Spas, 2 Tranquil Cottages, Goudhurst,

UK Delivery Charges
Next day delivery on chemicals/accessories is charged at
Deliveries Outside UK Mainland
We offer delivery to anywhere in the world via Business Post, City Link
or Fed Ex. The delivery time and charges for international orders depend
on the destination, weight, value and size of the order. Please place
your order as normal with the destination address and we will calculate
the delivery charge based on the best method of shipping the items you
require and email you a quote. We will not charge you for delivery until
you have approved the quotation.
NB. Please note that outside the EU (European Union), local customs charges
may be payable or import licences may be required. We cannot be responsible
for these and advise you to check before ordering.
Once we receive your order we aim to deliver next working day. We endeavour
to keep a wide range of items in stock, however due to the vast quantity
available sometimes it is impossible. If your goods are out of stock we
will automatically place them on back order and contact you immediately
with an estimated delivery date.
If you are unsatisfied with your products, i.e. damaged or incorrect items
delivered, please contact Wealden Pools and Spas straight away so we can
arrange an exchange.
Online Security
Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the
shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality an online
transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop
or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted
online is highly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.
Shoppers are protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card
not present" environment, by their card issuers. The card issuers
provide the right for shopper to dispute a transaction if the goods/services
did not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.
As soon as your card has been debited your card number is automatically
deleted from the system. Therefore your card details are not stored in
anyway after the transaction.
Confidentiality
When you place an order or create an account your personal details (except
for card details which are automatically deleted after your transaction)
are stored in a secure environment at all times and will not be passed
on to any third party.
Returns
Returns will be accepted if returned within 10 days of purchase. Customers
must arrange for delivery to Wealden Pools and Spas and are responsible
for any courier charges. All items must be accompanied with your order
number. Items may not be returned or exchanged if they are: worn, soiled,
damaged or altered in any way.
